Official Small Business of NASCAR Courtesy of Office Depot Sweepstakes was started at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 13 June 2010, and will be ended at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 10 July 2010. For entering to the sweepstakes no need to purchase. To enter this sweepstakes, participants should be legal residents of the 50 United States/DC and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 or over the age of majority who own or are employed by an eligible small business in the U.S. or Canada with no more than 99 total employees. Small business must not compete with existing Sponsors and/or Licensee of NASCAR, Inc., or other Stewart-Haas Racing™ Sponsors, and Small Business must not fall within prohibited categories listed at: www.officedepotracing.com. To win a prize, only the Small Business owner is eligible, employee entrants are not eligible to win prizes.
Visit www.officedepotracing.com to enter/nominate a Small Business. Accurately complete the ‘Official Entry Form’ with the name of the Small Business, complete Small Business address including Zip/Postal Code, Country, Small Business phone number, number of people employed by the Small Business, and providing a brief description of the Small Business’ core business. Two (2) Small Business owners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received (the “Finalist Prize Winners”) on or about July 16, 2010 by an independent judging organization (“Judges”). For a chance to win the Grand Prize, the two (2) Finalist Prize Winners will be randomly assigned to one (1) of two (2) race cars participating in the September 26, 2010, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race in Dover, Delaware (the “Race”).
The twenty-eight (28) Daily Prize Winners will be selected in a series of random drawings conducted by the Judges from all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 pm ET each day of the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted on or around 1:00 pm ET on the subsequent day starting June 14, 2010. Non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent daily prize drawings. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all respects. ARV of each of: 28 Daily Prizes: $1,371.25 USD; 1 Finalist Prize: $32,309 USD; 1 Grand Prize $1,033,559 USD or $33,559 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,104,263 USD.
Chances of winning a Daily or Finalist Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries/nominations received. On the basis of performance of the race cars during the Race decides the chances of winning the Grand Prize. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited. Sponsors are Office Depot, Inc., 6600 N.
